This weekly virtual drop-in group is a welcoming, confidential space for LGBTQ+ people from Middle Eastern backgrounds to come together in community. The group is rooted in connection, shared understanding, and mutual support, honoring the cultural experiences that shape our lives, families, and identities.
This space is designed with privacy in mind. Participants are not required to turn on their cameras and can engage in whatever way feels safest and most comfortable. There is no pressure to speak, share, or attend regularly — you are welcome to show up as you are.
Together, we make space for conversation, listening, reflection, and connection around topics such as identity, relationships, stress, belonging, and navigating multiple worlds. The group is facilitated by an LGBTQ-affirming licensed therapist who supports a respectful, compassionate, and community-centered environment.
