I began my career in Human Resources, where I discovered my true passion was always the human side of the work. That path led me to pursue a Master’s in Counseling and build a 20+ year practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist. My approach is inclusive, accessible, and rooted in genuine connection — whether supporting clients, training colleagues, or mentoring students. I believe lasting change happens through collaboration, understanding, and the relationships we build.

This coaching space was created for us—for those carrying the beauty and the weight of Arab culture.
