I use a blend of approaches to meet each person where they are. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help with thoughts, feelings, and actions, as well as mindfulness practices (MBCT) to bring calm and awareness into daily life. I take a culturally sensitive lens and draw on Family Systems work to understand the bigger picture of relationships. Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) guide clients toward setting goals and taking practical steps forward. My style is strength-based and trauma-focused, always centered on creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
