This is a 4-week, mixed-gender support group for Arab seeking a culturally affirming space for connection, reflection, and mutual support. This group offers participants the opportunity to explore shared experiences related to culture, identity, family dynamics, migration, intergenerational stress, and belonging, while honoring the diversity within Arab communities.
